Colossians 1: 9-10 NLT
9 So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you.
We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you
spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10 Then the way you live will always
honour and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of
good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better
and better.
- We are able to pray this scripture for one another just as Paul
prayed it for the church in Colossae. We, like them, have been
rescued through Christ’s death and have been brought into his
kingdom of light.
- Ask God that he would continue to make himself and his will
for your life known to you. Pray for wisdom and understanding as
you seek to live out his plan for your life and come to know God
better.
- Pray especially for those preparing to go to Zambia that they
will be safe and healthy as they travel, that the trip will be
successful and fruitful. Pray that they will experience a deepening
of God’s love for them and those they go to serve.
